We hosted our third annual Optometry Night on October 29th, 2019. Guest speaker, Dr. Kevin Chavez, from the Ottawa Eye Clinic, joined us to share about his journey in Optometry School and his career in vision science. Dr. Chavez is a specialist in ocular surface disease and low vision rehabilitation. He has also received training at specialty clinics in contact lenses, pediatrics, low vision, primary care, and ocular disease. We are so happy with the success and turn out for Optometry Night, thanks to the help of Dr. Chavez.
